I'd also add not attempting to take a song from a musical and turn it into a monologue. Not that anyone I knew did that at an AT2AP audition. It was unbearable for everyone in the room, it had to be. I finally ended up looking up, giving a sheepish laugh, and saying I forgot the rest of my monologue. I will never let myself live it down.
